The New York Giants have finally decided to pull the plug, officially relieving offensive coordinator Jason Garrett of his duties on Tuesday.
The move comes after head coach Joe Judge expressed a blunt disappointment in the team’s offense following a 30-10 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night. It also comes after reports of growing frustration in the locker-room.
With only seven games remaining this season, it won’t be enough to save the Giants but it may provide opportunities for players like quarterback Daniel Jones to prove themselves.

One thing for certain, Judge used his lifeline in letting Garrett go. If the offense doesn't improve it's not going to bode well. For comparison- when Fassel took over play calling in 2002 after Week 7, NYG scoring went from 12.7 ppg to 26.9 ppg. Will Kitchens move the needle?
