When the Pittsburgh Steelers added wide receiver Johnny Holton to the 53-man roster before last week’s game, it came at the expense of linebacker Tuzar Skipper. But Skipper wasn’t out of work for long as NFL reporter Field Yates is reporting Skipper was claimed off waivers by the New York Giants.
Skipper was a training camp and preseason darling for Pittsburgh. When Ola Adeniyi went down with his meniscus injury during preseason, Skipper took advantage of those extra reps to really show off his burst off the edge.
