The New York Giants, having already announced their 2019 preseason schedule last week, had their regular season schedule leaked on Wednesday afternoon.
As a quick reminder, here’s how the preseason schedule currently sits:
- Week 1: vs. New York Jets (August 8-12)
- Week 2: vs. Chicago Bears (August 15-29)
- Week 3: at Cincinnati Bengals (August 22-25)
- Week 4: at New England Patriots (August 29-30)
When the regular season does eventually get underway, the Giants will play an opponent who appears far too often in the Week 1 slot — the Dallas Cowboys. It will be the fifth time since 2012 these two teams have opened the regular season in an NFC East battle.
