Calling all southsiders, a giant Food Warehouse is opening up near you today.
Finding its new home in Newlands, the supermarket has thrown open its doors in Auldhouse Retail Park, just off Nether Auldhouse Road.
The brand is 'Iceland’s ‘bigger little brother’, set to offer more choice in food and homeware, bigger packs and more deals than the high street supermarket.
And a grand opening event is being held at the store today, with staff saying: "A brand new Food Warehouse opens its doors at 9am on the 5th November at Auldhouse Retail Park and to help celebrate this, all customers will get the chance to win a gift!
"Prizes include a Morphy Richards kitchen makeover and vouchers to spend in store!
"The Food Warehouse brings you exclusive products, bigger choice in food and homeware, bigger packs and even bigger deals, it's definitely worth a visit."
Last November, we reported on the opening of new Food Warehouse in Robroyston, while there are also further stores in Coatbridge, Cumbernauld and Clydebank.
