Giant dinosaurs taking over Camp and Furnace in Liverpool

A giant dinosaur show is returning to Liverpool by popular demand.

After selling out 12 previous shows at Camp and Furnace, the interactive, family-friendly dinosaur show Teach Rex will return to the venue with three more shows just in time for the Easter holidays.

Created by two Wirral primary school teachers Sam and Joe, the show has travelled the UK and overseas for the past 12 months.

The kids can watch in wonder as three life-like dinosaurs perform the 45-minute show, teaching children about the anatomy and life of the most mesmerising creatures that have ever roamed our planet.

The show features giant animatronic dinosaurs (Teach Rex)

Packed with effects and music, the performance gives children and their families the chance to get up close and personal with these fantastic and realistic beasts.

The oldest dinosaur, Old Jam, will be back along with a new addition to the dinosaur family with a very small, baby dinosaur making an appearance.

The show is suitable for children of all ages and runs for 40 minutes followed by a Dino Disco plus a dinosaur meet and greet.

Originally just two shows, Teach Rex has added a third due to high demand - and it will be the last for a while as they prepare for summer appearances.

There will now be three shows, at 10am, 12.30pm and 3pm on Thursday, April 9. Go to ticketquarter.co.uk to book tickets.

Prices start from £7.50 to £30.
