Wonder no more. Giannis Antetokounmpo has an explanation, and it’s a pretty simple one.
Asked about the quick and early breaks in his post-Game 4 media availibility, Antetokounmpo stayed classy to find the right phrasing: “I went to take a tinkle and came back.”
That broke everyone up. It’s so perfect, isn’t it? And then he made sure he was being polite, which is doubly sweet and so endearing.
So if you see him running to the locker room early on, you know what’s probably happening.
