Carlos Ghosn, the former chairman of Nissan Motor Co., was rearrested Friday on suspicion of shifting his personal investment loss to the firm.
Ghosn, 64, has been arrested and indicted on suspicion of violating the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law by allegedly conspiring to underreport his executive remuneration in the company's securities reports.
Ghosn was rearrested by the special investigation squad of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office for alleged aggravated breach of trust under the Companies Law.
