Getting sore without the gym? Gallinari posts stretch video

Has all this time at home been bad for your body? Has the lack of movement made areas sore and achy that are normally OK?

Are you missing the gym more than you thought you would?

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Danilo Gallinari and his fiance, Eleonora Boi, helped Jr. NBA put together a short video of an easy stretch people can do at home using just a basketball.

The drill can be done with one person or two, and technically doesn’t need a basketball — you can use any item easy to raise over your head and pass to another person.

Make sure you keep your back straight as possible as you lean forward and switch legs after each first set.
