Late December is heaven for football fans.

Not only does college bowl season begin — kicking off on Friday with the Bahamas Bowl and the Tailgreeter Cure Bowl — but the NFL adds some Saturday games to the schedule this week.

Week 15 offers up a pair of Saturday games with playoff implications. The Cleveland Browns host the Las Vegas Raiders in the early slot, while on Saturday night the New England Patriots travel to Indianapolis to take on the Colts.

The later contest is shaping up to be a case of strength versus strength, as the Colts and their stout run defense look to slow down a New England rushing attack that is one of the best in the league.
