Now Woodland Creatures in Leith are introducing the "Big Juicy Daiquiri".
Housed in what was formerly Balfours on Leith Walk, the bar and restaurant 's new cocktail of the week is a Tennents Daiquri.
You read that right, it shouldn't work but we've been told it does.
Created by Woodland Creature's own Sean Rutherford, the cocktail is made from Havana especial rum, lime juice and a Tennents lager reduction.
Having recently gone through a revamp, Woodland Creatures have created a strong crowd-pleasing cocktail menu with a new summer menu launching next month.
