The menu features some of Antonio’s original recipes including zuppa di funghi , a rich and hearty soup of porcini, shiitake and oyster mushrooms served with fresh focaccia bread, and beef ragù pappardelle with slow-cooked beef and red wine ragù with olives.
Reflecting Antonio’s desire for reinvention and innovation, is the Veganese - Carluccio’s plant-based version of the classic Chicken Milanese.
New for Veganuary is tortelloni pasta filled with ‘Veganzola’, a plant-based ‘Gorgonzola’, as part of its new Cucina Verde menu, available from January 8.
Other vegan dishes include gnocchi e zucca, pan-fried gnocchi and butternut squash with spinach pesto, crispy sage and pesto and panellea di ceci, Carluccio’s take on the popular Sicilian street food, crispy chickpea fritters.
The voucher is valid for tables of up to six people and the lowest priced main will be discounted.
