Get involved with 30 Days Wild - the UK's biggest nature challenge

Are you ready to take on the UK’s biggest nature challenge with Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust?

We’re asking you to do one wild thing a day throughout June for your health, wellbeing, for wildlife and for the planet.

Go on a bug hunt, switch to green energy, splash in puddles… whatever you do, just make sure it’s wild!

When you sign up, you’ll even receive a free digital pack of goodies to help you plan your wild month, including an activity passport and a wallchart.

We’ve got special packs for those taking part at their school, care home, or workplace, too.

Leanne Manchester, pictured, who lives in Sherwood, said: “During 30 Days Wild I’ll be spending lots of time in my small garden.

"I especially love watching the diving beetles and pond snails that have made a home in my wildlife pond.

"Even though I live in a very urban area, I’ve managed to welcome lots of wildlife into this space – including dragonflies, goldfinches and mining bees.

"Even small actions like planting pollinator-friendly plants and gardening without pesticides can make all the difference to wildlife trying to make their home in our towns and cities.

"30 Days Wild is the perfect time to give it a try and I have loved watching them over my morning cuppa.”

You can download your free digital pack full of goodies here and start planning your daily random acts of wildness each day during June: nottinghamshirewildlife.org/30DaysWild.
