'Get him before Man Utd do' - Arsenal and Spurs fans react to Allegri taking English lessons

Massimiliano Allegri has been linked with a move to Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks.

With both clubs struggling in recent weeks, Allegri has been touted as a replacement for either Mauricio Pochettino or Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and according to the Guardian , the Italian boss has even taken English lessons with a view to replacing Solskjaer should Manchester United sack the Norwegian.

Allegri established himself as one of the top managers in Europe after winning five consecutive Serie A titles at Juventus, and reaching two Champions League finals, but is currently out of work after leaving Turin at the end of last season.

United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under increasing pressure after a poor run of results, including defeat at West Ham, only scraping past Rochdale on penalties in the League Cup and a draw against Arsenal on Monday night.

Spurs boss Pochettino has also presided over a worrying slump for Spurs , with the Carabao Cup exit to Colchester on penalties last week preceding the embarrassing 7-2 home defeat against Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.

With Allegri reportedly a candidate for the Tottenham and United job, fans have spoken out on social media.

Some Arsenal supporters also joined in, believing he is the best option on the market to replace Unai Emery, and the club cannot miss out on appointing the 52-year-old, as he could be snapped up by another top six side.
