We're big fans of a seasonal cocktail, so when Dingle Distillery decided to put out a guide to tasty Christmas mixed drinks we got VERY excited.

Dingle All the Way - A refreshing gin-based cocktail
Ingredients
50 ml Dingle Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Mulled Wine Syrup*
Egg White
Soda Water
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients except the soda water in a cocktail shaker with no ice and shake for 10 - 15 seconds
Add ice and shake for a further 10 - 15 seconds
Strain the cocktail into a chilled highball glass
Let it sit for 90 seconds then add the soda water (This allows the foam to set and gives the drink a better texture)
Garnish with lemon oils & zest
Ruldoph’s Nose - An elegant gin-based cocktail
Ingredients
35ml Dingle Gin
35ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Aperol
10ml Ruby Port
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 20 - 30 seconds until chilled
Pour gently into a chilled coupe or nick & nora glass
Garnish with a maraschino cherry & orange oils over top
Dirty Snowball – An indulgent vodka-based cocktail
Ingredients
25ml Dingle Vodka
20ml Amaretto
20ml Creme de Menthe
25ml Cream
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Shake for 10-15 seconds until chilled
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass
Garnish with grated Dark Chocolate
