Get fit, learn how to cook and make cocktails all on the same day

Ever wanted to get a sweat on, learn how to cook and make cocktails all on the same day?

Well, a Belfast business is running a packed day of fit and fun activities to help raise money for the NI Children's Hospice.

Tony and Jen's on the Lisburn Road is hosting the Virtual Combine on Saturday, May 23.

Anyone who donates to their fundraising page will gain access to all of the day's events which range from yoga to kids' exercise, a cook-along and cocktail masterclass.

There's even a workout with the Fittest Woman in Ireland, Emma Mcquaid.

The full day's events are:

  • 8am - Morning session with Carla from Connect Yoga
  • 9am - Workout with the Fittest Woman in Ireland (Emma McQuaid)
  • 10am - Kids' workout with Ian Young (IFIT)
  • 4pm - High Energy Yoga with Danielle of Hot Yoga Belfast
  • 5pm - Cook-along with Tony & Jen
  • 6pm - Live Cocktail Masterclass with La Taqueria's ownJoe Goudie  
  • 7pm - Live set with DJ Slim aka Gary Mac

All you have to do is make a minimum donation of £10 on the fundraising page and then email your receipt to accounts@tonyandjens.com

From today onwards you will receive an ingredients list for the cocktails and food along with Zoom Meeting ID & password.
