Get a free £200 designer scarf with simple act to help rough sleepers in Leeds

A luxury fashion brand based in Leeds city centre is doing its bit to help those who will sleep on the streets this winter.

Accent Clothing has joined up with Leeds-based charity Simon on the Streets for a special event which could see you pick up a £200 scarf for free with a simple act of kindness to help the city's rough sleepers.

The store, in Queen's Arcade, is opening late on Wednesday, December 11 between 6.30pm and 8.30pm and customers are being asked to bring their old coats with them.

They will then be handed over to people sleeping on the streets of Leeds to try and keep them warm over the winter months.

The first few people to donate a warm winter coat will be given a £200 Nobis scarf completely free of charge as a sign of thanks for their generosity.

A charity raffle at The Warmth Of Giving Back event will also give customers the chance to win a £1,000 winter coat of their choice from the Nobis 2020 winter collection, along with several other prizes.

All winter coats, cash donations and raffle ticket proceeds will go directly to Simon on the Streets, who work directly with Leeds' homeless community.
