Gerry Cinnamon announces rescheduled Hampden gig date for 2022

Gerry Cinnamon has announced his rescheduled gig date for Hampden Park.

Due to the pandemic Gerry had to reschedule his gig at the national stadium twice but has now said that he will be taking the stage on July 16th next year.

The Scots sensation became the first unsigned act to ever sell out the national stadium in Glasgow after shifting 50,000 tickets in just four hours in November 2019.

The first gig was meant to take place in July 2020 but was rescheduled until July 2021 but it had to be postponed again due to coronavirus restrictions.

But it's third time lucky now and hopefully the sun will be shining on Saturday, July 16 and Gerry will have the whole stadium rockin'.

Posting on his Instagram with a selection of new dates for his tour, Gerry thanked everyone for their patience.

He wrote: "Alright everybody. Been AWOL for a fair while dealing with stuff but coming out the other side and it looks like we’re getting let out to play again so we’ve now got rescheduled tour dates.

"Had to wait to see what the craic is for every individual country so took a while. Appreciate the patience.
