Germany, Turkey try to ease rising tensions

The Turkish and German foreign ministers have met in Berlin to try to settle souring relations.

The latest dispute is over several German cities banning rallies by Turkish ministers seeking support among their citizens ahead of next month's referendum on expanding the president's powers.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has compared the bans to actions by the Nazis.
