Germany Arrests Tunisian Wife in Foiled 'Biological Attack' Plot

The wife of a Tunisian man accused of intentionally manufacturing biological bomb with highly toxic poison"ricin" was taken into custody in Germany for investigation.

According to the Federal Prosecutor General at the Federal Court of Justice, Yasmin H., 42, had been picked up on suspicion of "planning a serious act of violent subversion".

She is also accused of allowing her husband, who is suspected of links to terrorism, to use her online accounts to order ingredients to make ricin.

Sief Allah H., who has been charged with possession of weapons of war and planning a serious act of violence against the state, was arrested mid June in Cologne.

The German public prosecution is conducting investigations against the Tunisian who is suspected of preparing violent crimes that seriously jeopardize state security.

He was thought to have followed instructions on making a ricin bomb disseminated online by the ISIS group.

His wife also helped with the delivery of at least 1,000 castor seeds, according to authorities.
