German Doner Kebab looking to expand into second restaurant on Great Western Road

The owners of German Doner Kebab are looking to expand into their second premises in the city.

Plans have been submitted to open another restaurant on Great Western Road, near St George's Cross.

The Lemon Tree would be sub-divided into two hot food takeaways with the existing business taking a smaller space and German Doner Kebab operating from the rest of the unit.

German Doner Kebab is worldwide franchise which moved into the city in 2019, taking over the former Odeon cinema on West Regent Street.

The restaurant specialises in 'all day' kebabs.

The plans are due to go before Glasgow City Council.
