Geri Horner wants to copy Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop success with YouTube career

Spice Girl Geri Horner is a personality to be reckoned with, and the Tour de Force singer is now turning her attention to her online presence.

With her YouTube channel, which already has an impressive 34,900 subscribers, she wants to become a Gwyneth Paltrow -esque figure for a UK audience.

Hollywood heavyweight Gwyneth has seen huge success with her online lifestyle brand Goop, with which she doles out life hacks, wisdom and healthy eating tips and tricks.

Now Geri, 47, wants to follow in Gwyn's footsteps with vlogs on wellbeing, cooking and parenthood.

A source told The Sun : "Geri has a decent following on social media and loves videos on Instagram so wants to build on that with her own YouTube channel.

"She got the idea after seeing the success of Gwyneth, who's become an icon in her own right.

"She will film the videos at her country house in Oxfordshire, where she has previously shot similar segments for ITV's This Morning.

"Geri is convinced people want her advice and over the past few weeks she's been gearing up to start dishing out her life hacks.

"She is going to be covering everything from how to make her favourite dishes to looking after her animals. It will ne eclectic and typically a bit bonkers."

Geri's been in the spotlight recently after fellow Spice Girl Mel B claimed they had slept together once during the band's crescendo of fame.

Now Mel reckons Geri "hates" her for the reveal.

Speaking on Piers Morgan's Life Stories, the star was asked if they'd slept together, and she replied: "She's going to hate me for this. She's all posh in her country house with her husband."

On the dressing room dynamic, Mel dished: "Oh God, it was a little bit strange. For me the whole thing was kind of, not strange, that's the wrong word, out of place."
