Geri Halliwell relearns Spice Up Your Life moves after denying Mel B romance

Geri Halliwell used to know the Spice Girls' routines like the back of her hand.

But it's been 21 years since she walked away from the group, so it's no wonder she's having to relearn the famous moves to their 1997 hit, Spice Up Your Life.

The singer - who yesterday shut down 'hurtful' claims that she had a lesbian fling with Mel B - shared a video of her practicing with a burly choreographer.

"Hi Si Ja Hold tight ! Had So much fun today, Getting in a little early practice on those moves!" she captioned a video of herself dancing.

Looking a world away from her former Ginger Spice persona, the make-up free star dressed down in white skinny jeans and a black vest top as she mastered the moves.

It comes just 24 hours after she finally addressed Scary Spice's claims they had sex back in the Spice Girls' heyday.

"It has been very disappointing to read about all these rumours again, especially on Mother’s Day of all days," her rep said.

"She would like you to know that what has been reported recently is simply not true and has been very hurtful to her family."

However, her publicist insisted there's no feud between her and Mel, and that she can't wait to be back with her bandmates for their forthcoming tour.

"Geri is really grateful for your support and loyalty for so many years. She loves the Spice Girls: Emma, Melanie, Melanie and Victoria," the rep added.

"Moving forward, Geri can’t wait to see the girls and all the fans on the tour, have an amazing time with everyone, and make some new memories.

"She wishes you a Happy Mother’s Day.”
