Hollywood action man Gerard Butler is suing the driver who knocked him off his motorbike two years ago.
The Angel Has Fallen star, 49, is said to be seeking damages from the woman who ploughed into him and sent him flying through the air.
It led to him breaking his foot and suffering cuts and bruises as he rode around Los Angeles in 2017.
According to court documents, Gerard has accused the driver of “negligently pulling her vehicle off the curb” before “cutting across lanes of traffic directly in front of him” in her 2016 Mercedes Benz. In the documents, he has claimed the impact caused him to be ejected from his motorcycle and tumble over her vehicle and back on to the pavement.
After the accident, the Scots star of action movies such as 300, Olympus Has Fallen and The Vanishing, revealed that the crash made him realise how “precious” his life is.
