Georgia vs. Oregon season opener kickoff time, TV announced

On Tuesday, Disney announced game information for Georgia football’s 2022 season opener.

The Bulldogs will take on Oregon, led by former defensive coordinator Dan Lanning, at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC on Sept. 3 in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium for the 2022 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game.

The Ducks finished the 2021 season with losses to Oklahoma (Valero Alamo Bowl) and Utah (PAC-12 Championship) after going 10-2 in the regular season under Mario Cristobal, who left for Miami after the season.

Lanning will make his head coaching debut versus the defending National Champions and mentor Kirby Smart on college football’s opening weekend.
