Georgia-Tennessee Halftime Report: Lots to discuss, hop on in!

The Georgia Bulldogs started the game off as they usually do, marching right down the field on Tennessee, for a touchdown, from junior running back D’Andre Swift.

However, things weren’t all that easy for a large portion of the second half. Tennessee’s new starting quarterback, Brian Maurer, threw a 73-yard touchdown strike to tie the game, before Rodrigo Blankenship’s 50-yard field goal put the Dawgs back in front 10-7.

Then, you guessed it, Juan Jennings happened.

The 2016 Hail Mary hero hauled in a touchdown to stun the Bulldog faithful, before Georgia got things going again at the end of the second quarter.

The Bulldogs would answer with a pair of touchdown passes from Jake Fromm, to Lawrence Cager and George Pickens.

After all the drama and noise, Georgia currently leads 26-14, with the ball coming out of the locker room.

Let us all take a deep breath, sip on an ice-cold beverage and relax. Sure, we may drop a spot or two in the rankings if this thing remains close, but as long as we win, we’ll be fine.

Stay tuned to UGA Wire throughout the night for extended coverage of the game. And oh yeah, comment how you’re feeling below!
