Georgia Bulldog fans are counting down the days to football, but one way Dawgs can experience some football is to play Madden. With no NCAA game since 2014, there’s not many other options out there for football fans. This year’s Madden has had a controversial ratings release. Players are now rated lower than in years past. Here’s the best Georgia players in Madden 2020:
1. RB, Todd Gurley II: 97 Overall
The Los Angeles Rams star RB is the highest rated RB in the game. He’s a full three overall ahead of Ezekiel Elliot, the next closest back. Gurley will once again be one of the most fun UGA players to play as in Madden.
2. DT, Geno Atkins: 91 Overall
The Cincinnati defensive lineman will be no fun to play against. He’ll disrupt games and has one of the highest awareness ratings in the game at 98. He’s the fourth highest rated DT in the game.
3. WR, A.J. Green: 90 Overall
The Bengals’ WR will be a mismatch out wide. Green’s rating for spectacular catches is 97, which makes him capable of some of the craziest catches in the game.
4. RE, Justin Houston: 87 Overall
Houston will be the best pass rusher on the Indianapolis Colts in Madden 2020. His new position could make him a liability in Madden’s run game, but who runs in Madden anyways? Houston played OLB for the Kansas City Chiefs last season.
5. RB, Nick Chubb: 85 Overall
The Cleveland Browns’ RB exploded onto the scene during his rookie campaign. After not playing much to start the season, the Browns unleashed Chubb, who had an impressive second half of the year. Do you agree with Chubb being rated over Sony Michel? Michel and David Andrews are both rated as 84 overall for those curious.
