Georgia’s J.R. Reed makes PFF team of the week

Georgia Bulldog senior safety J.R. Reed was spectacular on Saturday night versus the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. His second half interception on an Ian Book flea flicker helped the Dawgs change the momentum in the second half. Reed’s efforts helped him make the PFF national team of the week:

Reed came back to UGA for games like that. He rose his draft stock with the  impressive performance. Georgia’s secondary was without its two starting cornerbacks for much of the game: Eric Stokes and Tyson Campbell. Reed and Richard LeCounte stepped up and shut down Notre Dame’s deep passing attack.
