Georgia’s Andrew Thomas ranked among best offensive linemen by USA Today

Georgia offensive lineman Andrew Thomas is a first round talent and is a top five pick in many 2020 NFL Draft projections. Georgia’s starting left tackle has started since his freshman season in Athens. USA Today ranked him as the best linemen heading into the 2019 season:

1. Andrew Thomas, Georgia (Jr.)

The top-tier NFL draft prospect has started 28 games across his first two seasons, first at right tackle before shifting to the blind side in 2018. Thomas was a four-star recruit who has played like a five-star lineman in a conference typically unkind to teenagers in the trenches. Thomas is still developing and improving his game. With great feet and great size (6-5, 320 lbs) Andrew Thomas is a dream prospect for NFL scouts. He went top five in a Bleacher Report mock draft and may be the first non-QB selected in 2020.
