Georgia football Twitter heartbroken as Vanderbilt game postponed

The SEC has postponed the Dec. 5 game between the Georgia Bulldogs and the Vanderbilt Commodores. The rematch is scheduled for Dec. 19, the weekend of the SEC Championship Game.

The Bulldogs are expected to face off against the Missouri Tigers on Dec. 12 in another make-up game. Georgia has been diligent about containing COVID-19 outbreaks within the program and hasn’t needed to cancel or postpone any games. Georgia’s opponents haven’t been as careful or have had more opt outs.
