Georgia football post Vanderbilt practice injury report

At Monday’s practice, the first since UGA’s dominant 30-6 win over Vanderbilt to open the season, a few Dawgs were missing for various injury-related reasons, while some who missed the game were back out practicing.

Offensive lineman Jamaree Salyer, who missed Saturday’s contest with a leg injury, was back out on the field Monday for Kirby Smart’s team. The Athletic’s Seth Emerson reported that he did not see offensive lineman Clay Webb, who also missed the Vanderbilt game, but that it was possible he was out there.

Defensive lineman Tramel Walthour did not play Saturday and was also held out of today’s practice. Defensive end Malik Herring and defensive lineman Julian Rochester were also held out of the Vanderbilt contest but were on the field practicing today. Inside linebacker Nakobe Dean, who is one of the young prospects for the future on this defense, also practiced Monday.

We’ll see if these Dawgs can get healthy before this coming Saturday’s tilt with Murray State.
