Georgia football players post unique spring break workouts to Twitter

The University of Georgia had its annual spring break last week for students and faculty but that didn’t stop the football team from working out. Coach Kirby Smart and Scott Sinclair, the head of the Strength and Conditioning department, appear to have challenged players to take on their own exercises over the break and post them to Twitter using the newly adopted team slogan of ‘Do More’.

Below, we have compiled a list of player tweets from their spring break workouts which include everything from agility ladder drills on a beach to bicep curls with largemouth bass.

Take a look.

Team workouts:

From the times these tweets were posted, it appears a handful of players stayed in Athens and worked in the weight room over the break.

Individual workouts

Although many stayed in Athens, there were quite a few trips for Georgia football players. Highlights included defensive end Nolan Smith going to the beach and quarterback Jake Fromm venturing out to the lake, of course.

It looks like the Georgia football spring break challenge carried over to outside the current football program!
