Georgia football play of the day

It’s Thursday, July 23 and today’s play of the day comes from Georgia versus Florida in 1981.

The Bulldogs were down by two points early in the fourth quarter while trying to complete a 14-point come back. It was Georgia’s ball at the Gators’ 4-yard-line and Georgia tailback Herschel Walker took the Georgia power sweep off of left tackle, beating the Florida defense to the corner of the end zone for the score, giving Georgia the lead.
