Helms, out of West Limestone High School in Lester, Alabama, stands at 6-foot-4 and weighs 225 pounds.
Helms holds roughly 20 scholarship offers, however, is not yet by rated by 247Sports.
Helms also plays wide receiver for West Limestone. In the last 2 seasons, he has made 42 receptions for 561 yards and 8 touchdowns.
