Georgia football offers scholarship to 2020 four-star athlete

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to Ja’Qurious Conley, a class of 2020 athlete. Conley is a four-star recruit, who plays for Northside Highschool in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Mack Brown and the UNC Tar Heels are favorites to secure a commitment from the 6’2″, 190 lbs athlete. Conley tweeted his excitement at the offer from Kirby Smart and UGA:

Georgia is still putting together the class of 2020. Georgia has an excellent offensive line class, but could use a few more commitments from athletes like Conley. Conley recently visited a North Carolina game:

According to 247sports, Georgia has the sixth best recruiting class in the country. The Dawgs trail Texas, Alabama, Clemson, LSU, and Ohio State. With sixteen commitments, Georgia has the least commitments of any of the top twenty classes. Georgia’s 2020 class lack quantity, but the quality is another story. Kirby Smart and company have three five-star commitments, which is tied for second most (with Texas A&M) among all schools. The Clemson Tigers lead the pack with six commitments from five-star prospects.
