Georgia football hosts 5-star Ohio State offensive line commit

Georgia football offensive line coach Sam Pittman has done a stellar job of compiling some of college football’s best o-lines during his tenure in Athens.

For the 2019 season, Georgia very well may have the best offensive line in the entire country, led by superstar left tackle Andrew Thomas, who, along with Isaiah Wilson, will be eligible for the NFL Draft after this season.

In the 2019 class, Georgia signed three offensive linemen, including 5-star center Clay Webb out of Alabama.

For the 2020 class, Pittman has locked up a commitment from offensive tackle Broderick Jones (Lithonia, Ga.), who ranks as the nation’s No. 19 overall player and third in the state of Georgia.

On Sunday, the Dawgs hosted another 5-star lineman, Paris Johnson.

Johnson, standing at 6-foot-8, 295 pounds, is the nation’s 4th ranked player and hails from Xavier High School in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The current Ohio State commit announced on Sunday that he was in Athens visiting the Bulldogs.

Johnson committed to the Buckeyes in June and is fresh off a visit at Tennessee.
