Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs recently offered a scholarship to wide receiver Daquayvious Sorey. Sorey is a member of the class of 2023 and plays at Graceville High School in Graceville, Florida.
Sorey has received recruiting interest so far from FSU, Auburn, Florida and Tennessee. Sorey was excited to receive his offer from UGA, but entertaining his options at this point.

Sorey, who is currently only a freshman, will have an abundance of time to decide his recruiting future. Will it be in Athens? Gainesville? Somewhere else?
Sorey started on varsity as an eighth grader. Sorey shows impressive ability to track the ball in his highlights. He has lots of room to grow and will continue to progress moving forward. He’s currently 6 feet tall and weighs 170 pounds.
It’ll be intriguing to see how Georgia and Florida’s battle for Sorey plays out. Any freshman receiving so much interest from major programs is bound to end up as a four or five-star recruit.
