This isn’t the first time in a UGA-Notre Dame ticket has been historically expensive. The 2017 game in South Bend was even pricier than this year’s version. Georgia’s 2018 and 2017 SEC Championship Games are the two most expensive tickets in the last five seasons. It’s understandable, since Atlanta is the center of the SEC in terms of fandom and population. It is convenient for fans to make the trip to Atlanta, especially Bulldog fans.
Georgia versus Notre Dame is the only game on the list that was not played at a neutral site. Both schools are making a killing off this home and home series. Georgia’s future schedule is ripe with more potential top ten games.
