Georgia Bulldog practices for Patriots after stint on IR

Former Georgia Bulldog left tackle Isaiah Wynn returned to practice today for the New England Patriots. Wynn has been dealing with turf toe. Wynn’s toe injury has kept him out since week two against the Miami Dolphins.

He was spotted at practice today:

The Patriots placed Wynn on Injured Reserve after they defeated Miami in week two. Wynn is eligible to return in week eleven’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. NFL players must spend at least eight weeks on IR before becoming eligible to return. Teams are now granted two slots for players eligible to return from IR. New England rookie wide receiver N’Keal Harry is also likely return for IR as well.

Wynn missed his rookie season with a torn Achilles tendon, so he’ll be happy to play again. The Patriots are undefeated and face the Baltimore Ravens this week. Wynn won’t be able to suit up this week. New England QB Tom Brady is hoping Wynn can return and help sure up the Patriot offensive line.
