The Georgia football team has announced one of its special guests for this year’s coaching clinic at the practice facility.
Doug Pederson, head coach of the 2017-18 Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles, will be attending the event which takes place from March 28th to March 30th.
Last year, Bill Belichick of the New England Patriots and Sean McVay of the Los Angeles Rams attended the event. Coincidentally, both coaches ended up in Super Bowl LIII, with the former winning his sixth ring.
In addition, Belichick won Super Bowl LI a year before attending the clinic in Athens. Now, Pederson will be participating in the event just one year after his victory in the big game over the Patriots in 2018.
Pederson is one of three guest speakers listed to take part in the three-day clinic with the other two yet to be announced.
