A number of Geordie Shore stars look set to be forced into quarantine after their luxury holiday to Ibiza.
On Saturday night, British holidaymakers were dealt a huge blow when it was revealed that Spain had been removed from the list of 'safe' countries to travel to from the UK, with the Government urging only essential travel there only after a sharp rise in coronavirus cases.
And then came the biggest blow, the rule that any Brits in Spain from midnight on Saturday, will need to quarantine for 14 days when they arrive home.
The Government has been slammed for not giving more notice on the drastic change and then there was added confusion with the news that Brits in the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands would also need to quarantine, despite the rise in coronavirus infection rates being of biggest concern in areas in mainland Spain.
And that rule means that former Geordie Shore cast members Charlotte Crosby and Sophie Kasaei look likely to be forced into a fortnight of self-isolation when they touch down in the UK from their trip to the White Isle.
Charlotte has been in Ibiza for a series of photo shoots for In The Style, the successful clothing brand she is an ambassador for.
She and Sophie have been joined by a number of Geordie Shore pals on the trip and partied at the likes of Ocean Beach and the Wi-Ki Woo hotel, before Charlotte launched her swimwear range on Sunday.
Nathan Henry and Holly Hagan, who had been in Ibiza with them, are now back in the UK but Abbie Holborn, who will be on screen when Geordie Shore series 21 kicks off on Tuesday, is still there.
However, it didn't look like they were letting any quarantine concerns trouble them on Sunday as they returned to Ocean Beach for a day party.
