Geordie Shore star Scotty T's big TV comeback thrown into chaos as medics called in

Scotty T's big TV comeback has been thrown into chaos, after he was struck down by sickness during filming, forcing production be halted.

It was 10 years ago that well known Newcastle party boy Scotty, real name Scott Timlin, joined the cast of Geordie Shore, making an immediate impression of his castmates and viewers alike. As well as establishing himself as one of the biggest stars in the Tyneside set show, staying on it for years, he also triumphed on Celebrity Big B rother at the start of 2016.

Scotty was the winner of what is viewed by CBB fans as one of, if not the most iconic series of the show; with him sharing a house with the likes of Gemma Collins, Tiffany Pollard, Christopher Maloney, Megan McKenna. Angie Bowie and the late David Gest.

As his Geordie Shore pals like Vicky Pattison, Charlotte Crosby and Gaz Beadle all walked away from the programme, Scotty, who also rele4ased autobiography A Shore Thing, took on a different role, as the right hand man of 'boss' Anna, before making a brief return for the Geordie Shore Reunion last year, attending a huge gathering at Boiler Shop in Newcastle city centre.

Television wise, the now 34-year-old has been keeping a bit of a low profiler but has recently signed up for the second series of E4 hit Celeb Cooking School, with ex TOWIE star James Argent also rumoured to be taking part,.

However, things went awry for Scott as cameras rolled, when he started throwing up, sparking concern for his health and forcing filming to be temporarily shut down.

Opening up on what happened, a source told The Sun: "Scotty started vomiting and couldn't stop - he had to be rushed to the on set medics and then put on bed rest - filming ground to a halt and couldn't go on without him."

Scott's illness led to him missing a whole day of filming and, revealing the catalyst for the sudden sickness, the insider added: "It turns out he ate too much raw cake mix so he was back the next day but it gave everyone a scare."

Other names thought to be involved with the new series of Celeb Cooking School include Ann Widdecombe, Drag Race star Blu Hydrangea and Made in Chelsea's Olivia Bentley.
