Former Geordie Shore star Sam Gowland has shared a video of his "forever dream home" which he is building in the North East.
The reality TV star, who rose to fame after featuring on the 2017 series of Love Island, recently announced he'd bought a plot of land at Wynyard, County Durham - an area famously frequented by Newcastle United players.
The 25-year-old native Teessider has now posted a draft CGI video of his huge new home.
The footage shows plans for a huge black and white detached home with three pointed roofs and a spacious garage.
The modern property is made up of multiple large glass windows at both the front and the back, reports Teesside Live.
People have taken to social media to express their views about his new home.
One person commented: "Lovely house !!!! just glad I’m not your window cleaner."
Another posted: "I’d be getting a bigger fence round it mate #security."
A third said: "Clearly never watched a horror movie."
A fourth added: "Mega that mate."
Wynyard is home to some of the North East's most affluent properties and one the region's most expensive streets.
It is a favourite among footballers while TV 'dragon' and health club tycoon, Duncan Bannatyne OBE, has a pad there.
Sam recently put his massive house in the Backworth area of North Tyneside up for sale for a cool £485,000.
Last week he replied to a fan's question on Instagram to say that it had been sold after claiming the house was an "absolute bargain".
It means that Christmas 2020 will be his last in the five bedroom property and he's gone all out to make sure it's one to remember.
He transformed his home into a veritable Santa's grotto with some amazing Christmas decorations.
It starts, quite rightly, with Santa Claus holding a 'welcome' sign, standing next to a tinsel covered lamplight and another Santa, before the video shows off a living room, complete with roaring fire with stockings hanging by it and reindeer next to it; a glittery silver stag, VERY cute polar bear and another bigger Santa.
