Geordie Shore star Nathan Henry has shared snaps with his fans before and after his jawline surgery.
The mighty transformation was brought about by Nathan's unhappiness with his appearance.
He also urged any potential trolls not to bother, as the surgery was his decision and he doesn't regret it one bit.
The 28 year-old wrote: "Cut glass b****. Thank you @jsmithaesthetics for coming through again and chiselling my face......and before you self entitled keyboard warriors come forward; I chose to do this because I, ME yes me, because it's my face and my body, didn't like how round my Malteser head was.
"But now im over the moon and that's all that matters."
He also shared a whole face photo, smiling warmly into the camera.
Fans were quick to pour praise on the lad, who also starred in Celebs Go Dating .
One wrote: "@nathangshore i love it, looking great as always. You were so funny on celebs go dating."
Another encouraged Nathan to be himself, gushing: "If it makes feel more confident...you go for it! It looks great!"
A third was happy to see that Nathan was shrugging off the trolls, and wrote: "Just do what makes you happy keyboard worries [sic] don't get you your paychecks or boost your confidence."
Another sang Nathan's praises about a time they met: "You're such a nice guy.
"I bumped into at the park the other day with my 2 daughtes. You had your gorgeous dogs with you. You were really sweet."
While Nathan's best known for his time on smash reality hit Geordie Shore, fans also loved his sense of humour on Celebs Go Dating.
He made audiences roar with laughter after a particularly raunchy joke when he sat down on a date with Sean.
After Sean claimed he can fit his whole fist in his mouth, Nathan quipped: "I'm not going to lie, my party trick is a bit similar to that but I can make something else disappear."
Sean didn't seem to get it, making Nathan break down laughing.
"It doesn't matter," he chuckled, "I try to make a joke and it wasn't funny."
