Geordie Shore babes Marnie Simpson and Holly Hagan have admitted that they have no intentions of inviting their co-star Gary Beadle to their weddings.
The MTV stars, who have known Gary for over a decade now, don’t feel obliged to ask the dad-of-two to their nuptials because they don’t see the point in asking all their ‘work colleagues’ along to the most special day of their lives.
It comes after the former Geordie Shore star tied the knot with his love Emma McVey over the weekend.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirorr, Marnie, 29, revealed that while she intends to invite all the ‘Geordie Shore girls’ as well as co-star Nathan Henry to her big day, she doesn’t see herself inviting Gaz or the other boys.
Marnie, who was forced to postpone her summer wedding with fiancé Casey Johnson, admitted: “Of course they are invited.
“All of the girls and Nathan will be there.”
When asked whether or not the girls intend to invite the other members of the Geordie Shore cast, Holly shut down the possibility of a reunion at her Ibiza wedding with fiancé Jacob Blyth.
“I wouldn’t invite all of my work colleagues to my wedding,” she insisted.
“Everyone is always like ‘is everyone invited to your wedding?’ and it’s like you wouldn’t invite all of your office colleagues to your wedding so why would we invite the whole cast,” she added.
Elsewhere in the candid chat with the Geordie Shore girls, Sophie Kasaei revealed that she begged Marnie to allow her to be a bridesmaid at her wedding.
Sophie, 31, who has been best pals with Marnie for well over a decade now, admitted that she had to continuously pester the bride-to-be to be a part of her wedding.
“I’m only her bridesmaid because I bribed her,” Sophie laughed.
“Marnie wasn’t going to have bridesmaids and I had to tell her that she’s only ever going to get married once in her whole life. She wanted all the attention on her so she didn’t want to have anyone standing by her side.
“But I had to remind her that I am in her life as a sister. I want to be a bridesmaid at your wedding and I want a little bit of attention as well.”
“It’s a happy medium but I had to bribe her to actually have a bridesmaid so I succeeded.”
Marnie is set to tie the knot with Casey next year after the lovebirds were forced to postpone their big day this summer.
