He was one of the first people to ever go into the Geordie Shore house and James Tindale is making an unexpected return to the show for its TWENTIETH series!
Yes, there really have been that many series of the MTV programme, which made its debut on the channel to quite a furore well over eight years ago now.
It was in spring of 2011 that James, together with fellow like Vicky Pattison, Gaz Beadle, Charlotte Crosby and Holly Hagan, first catapulted into the TV spotlight in wild fashion.
After four years of loads of drinking and plenty of other things, James quit the show to focus on his relationship with then girlfriend Kate.
Since then we've seen fleeting glimpses of him on screen. He returned for the Big Birthday Battle as the show turned five in 2016 and then was seen putting cast members through their paces at his own gym - Gym Unique - in Durham.
Well from Tuesday, October 29, when Geordie Shore returns to MTV for series 20, we'll see the now 29- year-old as full-time cast member once again although he looks VERY different and, we have to say, a lot less orange!
And James told Chronicle Live that going back was one of the best decisions he's ever made.
"The reason I left Geordie Shore when I did was because I was in the relationship," he explained I felt like I wasn't really enjoying myself anymore and was drifting from the other lads.
"Going back on the show full time wasn't something I really thought about but I'm so glad I said yes when I got asked.
"I realised instantly I'd made the right decision as soon as I went back into the house."
As well as looking strikingly different to the James of early Geordie Shore, the Consett lad also says viewers will see a very different side to him this time around.
"I wanted get in there without any issues and have a laugh.
"I think a few people were surprised to see me and, without giving anything away, there was one person who I didn't really get on with, at first anyway.
"People will see a James they've never seen before!"
