Geordie Shore's James Tindale confirmed to appear on First Dates Australia

It's been nine years since he first shot to fame on Geordie Shore and now James Tindale will soon be back on TV screens...but not in this country!

James and fellow Geordie Shore originals like Vicky Pattison, Gaz Beadle and Charlotte Crosby made quite an impact when the show burst onto screens in the spring of 2011 and since then, James has returned to the show on numerous occasions, going back as a full-time cast member for the last series.

But he's also found time to jet Down Under and look for romance on the Australia version of First Dates. The show returns to entertain Aussie viewers earlier this week, with the first episode of its fourth season when two diners shocked waiters when they discussed ordering animal genitalia from the menu.

James, 29, is lined up to appear on a forthcoming episode with other Australian showbiz stars set to appear including reporter Richard Reid, 51 and Biggest Loser's Ajay Rochester, 50.

James has been single for the past few years after splitting from long term girlfriend turned fiancee Kate Thorne. On the last series of Geordie Shore, who grew close to newcomer Tahlia Chung and in the past enjoyed a fling with fellow original Holly Hagan.
