Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry has confirmed she's split from her boyfriend Sam Gowland.
The reality TV, 23, star took to Instagram today to reveal she's has parted ways with Love Island's Sam, 23, after 17 months together.
"It hurts me to say this but me and Sam have gone our separate ways.
"We are still friends. Things carry on as normal.
"Bring on Saturday for the shop opening."
Chloe is opening her new beauty venture, CM House of Aesthetics, in Tyneside tomorrow, but the launch will go ahead despite the sad split news.
Despite the break-up, Sam will be left with a permanent reminder of their love affair as he's had a huge tattoo of Chloe's face inked on his leg.
He got the body art during an appearance on MTV reality show Tattoo Of Us.
Chloe and Sam got together after the Love Island star headed back to his native North East to join the cast of the hit reality show.
The news comes after it was revealed another Love Island hunk is reportedly joining the show this year - Adam Collard .
Adam is newly-single after recently splitting from his Love Island girlfriend Zara McDermott , so he could provide Chloe with a much-needed distraction.
The 22-year-old personal trainer from Newcastle is the first new name that will be announced after MTV bosses culled some of the characters following the last series, The Sun reports.
The TV hunk is thought to be a 'perfect fit' for the controversial reality show and a source said that after Geordie Shore "culled off the bigger names", the producers "realised they need more star quality."
Adam is apparently "preparing to sign up" and is a popular figure in and around Newcastle.
The source said that he is "happy being filmed going out partying and having fun with people like Chloe...”
