Genk skipper Bryan Heynen has lashed out at his own team-mates ahead of next week's Europa League opener against Rangers.
Rangers open their Europa League campaign next week with a home tie in the league phase against the Belgian side.
But just like Rangers, they are performing poorly in their league too and are lagging behind in tenth place after finishing in third spot last year.
They have won just one of their last four games and their midweek home defeat to Charleroi sparked outrage from their fans.
And club captain and Belgian international Heynen urged his colleagues to stand up and take some responsibility ahead of their weekend game against champions Union Saint-Gilloise and their trip to Glasgow on Thursday.
He said: "There was no team on the pitch in the first half.

"We started the first half far too flat, were too late in every tackle and they outplayed us too easily.
"We were too open when we had to defend and weren't clinical enough up front.
"At the moment, we are not playing as a unit, only as individuals and it's not good enough.
"We now have two massive games against the champions and in the Europa League in Glasgow.
"Everything needs to be improved.
"I can only hope that the fact we are playing against two very good clubs will help us because we need to be so much better.
"We can't afford to dwell on this defeat."
Rangers begin their Europa League league phase campaign on Thursday, September 26 against Genk before a trip to face Sturm Graz at the start of October.
