A 'loveable' dad-of-five died after climbing out of a lift that was stuck between floors.
Mark Faulding fell to his death at the block flats where he lived in Chapel Street, Bradford.
The 49-year-old's family were told that he climbed out of the roof of the lift after being stuck inside for some time.

Police and health and safety chiefs are still probing the circumstances surrounding his death, Yorkshire Live reports.
Mark's former partner Corinne Wood believed that Mark got stuck between the third and fourth floor.
A witness said he had found his way out of the roof of the lift and had fallen from there.
Corinne described Mark as a caring, generous and charming man who had a large, extended family and lots of friends.
He had previously worked as a doorman at the former Maestro's club on Manningham Lane, Bradford, where Corinne had first met him.
"He was a bit of a legend in Bradford," she said.
"He was a lovable rogue and charming.
"He had so many stories to tell and packed a lot into 49 years."
Corinne has set up a Go Fund Me page to help pay for funeral expenses and has thanked people for their generous donations.
The fund has raised more than £800 so far.
West Yorkshire Police says its officers are liaising with the Health and Safety Executive as the circumstances are investigated.
In a brief statement, the HSE said: "HSE are aware and making enquiries."
