General Election one year on - Take our survey and tell us how you think the government is doing

It's been an incredible 12 months since the General Election and Boris Johnson won the hearts, minds and votes of the British people.

With a campaign focusing largely on the UK's divorce from the EU - the Conservatives won some seemingly unlikely victories in the North - smashing through the so-called 'red wall' to secure a historic win.

But no one could have ever predicted the turmoil ahead with a global pandemic to fight and still the backdrop of Brexit to negotiate.

With an economy on the brink, 62,000 deaths due to coronavirus and the withdrawal agreement still in the balance - it has been a torrid year.

But with a vaccine comes hope of light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

And after 12 months we want to know your views on how you well you think the Government has done for the North East.

On Brexit or benefits, Covid-19 or crime or our economy to the NHS - we want to know your views.

Let us know your thoughts by filling in the short survey below
